About The Event
Explore the coastline, learn to catch and cook various local fish. This two day adventure gives you the chance to truly experience a different perspective of coastal living.
Day one:
have a meet and greet then sail out of Penzance Harbour for a 4 hour fishing experience with a local skipper and Justin.
Day two:
Meet at our demo kitchen to prepare and cook the previous day's catch.
Learn about types of fish (Round, Flat, Oily & Shellfish), their culinary qualities & best methods of cooking.
