Parent & Child Session
Hire Justin and spend some time together with your kids learning how to fish and cook up a fishy lunch or supper. Enjoy sharing the process and discover the joys of sourcing your own ingredients and turning it into something delicious.
Justin's knowledge and expertise is available by the hour (Recommended session of 2 hours minimum for this course) £25 per adult per hour (Children go free up to 16 years of age - on this course only)

Half Day Rock Fishing Trip
A gentle walk along the coast line to find the perfect spot to relax into the joys of simple coastal lure fishing.
Justin will take you to one of his favourite fishing spots (there are many!) for you to experience the peace and tranquillity of the Cornish Coast. With the chance of catching a Pollock, Sea bass, Mackerel or many other local species you will learn how to cast, hook and handle your catch, and depending on your catch, how to keep or release it.
£25 per hour - minimum of 2 hours.

Bespoke Fishing or Cook Day
Hire Justin for a one to one session, whether it involves a fishing lesson, cook-up on an open fire on the beach or a cookery course in your own kitchen or ours. Justin's knowledge and expertise available by the hour.
We can tailor an experience to suit you - one to one or group session.
£25 per hour per person (minimum of 4 hours) Equipment provided, ingredients cost maybe

The Whole Adventure - Two Day.
Go with Justin on a chartered boat trip along the stunning Cornish Coastline on a fishing adventure. Then on the following day over to our demo kitchen and learn the best ways and techniques on how to prepare, cook and eat your catch.
Explore the coastline, learn to catch and cook various local fish. This two day adventure gives you the chance to truly experience a different perspective of coastal living.
Day one:
have a meet and greet then sail out of Penzance Harbour for a 4 hour fishing experience with a local skipper and Justin.
Day two:
Meet at our demo kitchen or at your accommodations kitchen to prepare and cook the previous day's catch.
